* At least 2 yoga blocks
* At least 2 yoga blankets or blankets made out of a material that doesn't slip on itself when folded
* Yoga Bolster (preferred) OR more than 2 yoga blankets so you can simulate a bolster

Experiencing both physical and emotional trauma after a rollover car accident in February of 2010 has reshaped the way I teach. Moving through my own healing taught me what it feels like to navigate pain, fear, and the slow process of rebuilding trust in my body. That lived experience allows me to meet students with deeper empathy, clearer boundaries, and a trauma‑informed approach rooted in choice, safety, and compassion. It made me a more present, patient, and attuned teacher — someone who understands that healing isn’t linear and that every person deserves practices that honor where they are today.
Trauma Informed Yoga is available through appointment only for individuals and groups up to 5 people.
