I've been in Tina's yoga class for almost a year. I have a lot of physical issues and I had always wanted to try yoga but was afraid that I couldn't do it. Tina has advised me about ways to do the poses and not hurt myself. When new physical issues show up, she's always ready to show us new ways to get around our issues. Tina is trained well to teach and helps people with many different types of physical issues. I never though I could do yoga, but here I am, thanks to Tina! She's a knowledgeable and patient teacher.

Tina has been my yoga teacher for several years. The thing I love best about her classes is that they are judgement free zones. Class members of different ages, sexes, and abilities attend in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. It's nice to see the regulars, but fun to welcome new participants. Tina's soothing voice guides us through the different poses with encouragement focusing on our breath and our body alignment. Since attending I've noticed a definite increase in my flexibility, strength, and balance. I couldn't touch my toes two years ago, but I can now! I have joint replacements and arthritis and Tina's classes compliment what I'm working on in physical therapy. I leave her classes feeling more energized and less stressed.
