At Yoga With TinaH, all classes are good for all levels. Whether your a beginner or a long time yoga practitioner, you'll be able to enjoy the benefits of yoga. Throughout every class, options are given to make each pose more accessible with the use of pose variations and props. Options are also given to increase the difficulty of a pose for those that want a little more intensity in their practice.
I strive to make my classes an inclusive, safe, and judgement free space for you to explore the connection between breath and movement and explore what your body will allow you to do.
